VERMICULITE PLASTER is a special Dry Powder Coating developed to protect any form of Structural Steel - Columns, Beams, Spheres, Tanks etc.  It is to be mixed with water and Air Entraining Agent at site and can be applied by hand trawling at ease.

VERMICULITE PLASTER consists of inorganic Mineral Compounds with Vermiculite base.

VERMICULITE - PLASTER being non-combustible, smooth, lightweight, environmental friendly, safe & easy to handle makes it suitable for wide applications.  It is totally asbestos free, safe & non-hazardous during and after application.

VERMICULITE - PLASTER is tested for its fire resistance as per international practice i.e. ASTME - 119 & BS: 476 Part 20 by most reputed laboratories for up to 2 hours Fire Rating at a maximum Furnace temperature being 1029'C while the maximum temperature of the surface of steel beam was 130'C and is fully insulated
